You can earn points by following our socials, subscribing and on every dollar you spend on invertebrates in the store!
THe discounts apply to almost any invertebrate on the website. If there is something very new, very limited, or steeply discounted already, then the disocunts may not work.
You use your points to buy discounts through the loyalty points portal, and then insert the discount code at checkout to get your discount.
Generally, the system only allows one type of discount code at a time. If there is an automatic code that is 10% or more, then your codes will not take affect. Only one coupon can be used at a time through the rewards system too.
When you are added to our VIP program, you gain access to exclusive early releases on rare items, and steep discounts on select items up to 50% off! You also get VIP codes that earn you 11-15% off nearly all invertebrates on the site! **The Joy rewards system will send you an automated email with a one time code, but the VIP## codes are unlimited use!** To use your VIP codes: 1. Sign into your account 2. Add things to your cart as normal 3. Put your VIP code for your tier in at checkout After you have a Lifetime spend of $1000+, you are added to VIP Tier 1, which gets 11% off with code VIP11. After you have a Lifetime spend of $2000+, you are added to VIP Tier 2, which gets 12% off with code VIP12. After you have a Lifetime spend of $4000+, you are added to VIP Tier 3, which gets 15% off with code VIP15. These codes apply to nearly all invertebrates and will only work if you are logged into your account and have met the minimums. **There is a very small amount of items that no codes will work on.
