This bright blue indian species is truely a gorgeous site and great addition to the intermediate keepers collection. This is a hardy species exhibits bright blue coloration highlighted by yellow bands on the legs, giviing it a very striking and bright coloration. This species is one of the smaller in the genus, only reaching 6".

Although they are fairly tough tarantulas, we only call this species intermediate due to its slightly faster movement, and venom that is slightly stronger compared to some other species (but still not deadly).

This species can be kept communally only if they were never separated!

COMMUNALS ONLY WORK WITH SLINGS THAT WERE NEVER SEPERATED. DO NOT COMBINE SEPERATED SLINGS OF THIS SPECIES (even if only for 1 day)
